Day 1

Today is Day 1!

For me to succeed these 30 days, I'm going to have to watch out for my own "habitual sugars" - those things I don't' even think about having sugar, such as honey in my chai. It's a matter of being very conscious about what I eat, what might have hidden sugars, etc.
